Hello, I’m Skylar and I’m a transgender pansexual woman. Most describe me as artistic, witty, kind-hearted, loyal, goal-oriented, and down to earth. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
After over a decade in prison, my time to finally leave is coming this year. During my incarceration, I found my purpose — I’m an emotional trap / emotional pop artist. What is that, you might be asking? Imagine Juice Wrld meets Halsey meets Post Malone meets P!NK. Currently I have 84 songs completed, and can’t wait to get into a recording studio and spill my soul in that booth.
I have a unique style, look, flow, and most important I have a story that I’m going to share to ensure that others like me feel less alone. Hopefully, I can be a voice for people who can relate to my story or situation and can help create opportunities for them.
Due to my transitioning and length of incarceration I’ve lost the support of my family and friends. So, I’m using this pen pal profile to network and build a foundation of friends and supporters who like and accept me for me. In return, I’ll give you the same.
I’d love to know more about your musical tastes, hobbies, or anything at all you’d like to share. Please feel free to contact me via snail mail at the address listed on this page. You may also sign up to email me by downloading the Corrlinks Text Chat app on the play store. Sometimes the emails are slightly delayed, so please be patient.
You can also send me your first message for free right here on my PenPals.Buzz profile. Thank you for your time. I can’t wait to hear from you!
Sincerely,
Skylar
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
