I love writing letters to my family, but it just feels like something is missing. Hi there, I’m Ryan Rice (not to be confused with Ryan Reynolds, though we do have very similar personalities but very different body types!!). I’m adventurous and playful, and love trying new things. People tell me that I’m both easygoing and loyal, can be a goofball but also hard-working and motivated when I need to be. I’m a genuine guy that can sometimes come off a bit corny, so hopefully you won’t be too put off by my pirate jokes! I also pride myself on being openminded and accepting to all people, regardless of their pasts.
I enjoy the art of tattooing, and enjoy rock, country, and alternative music. I’m into gardening, anything outdoors, animals (do you have a favorite animal??) and learning new languages. I hope to one day become fluent in German and Spanish. Speaking of language, I have a thing for a woman with an accent. If you live outside of the United States, you get bonus points!! :)
I hope to meet new and interesting people in the US and around the world.
Feel free to message me on the CorrLinks Text Chat App (State of Illinois). You will first need to add me on CorrLinks.com. You can also send me one free message here at PenPals.Buzz and I will hit you back as soon as I get the message. Looking forward to it! -Ryan R.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
