My name is Nathan, and I’m wrongfully convicted of a 2010 murder out of Idaho Falls. I have no resources in the community and need your help. I’m starting a website called Sethelburnfree.com and it will be up by the end of 2025 and I’m doing a podcast too. I’m looking to talk to anyone who can bring publicity to my case. There is no active Idaho innocence project, and the ACLU doesn’t help inmates unless they are transgender and crap. The police in Idaho Falls withheld evidence and my public defender wouldn’t meet with me.
I was practically terminally ill with cancer during my prosecution, and my lawyer promised me good medical care if I pleaded guilty. I also want to bring attention to how bad Idaho prisons are. The cops beat me so bad I needed 4 vertebra fused together and it took 10 years to get my neck fixed. I’ve seen many men die from staff deliberately withholding medical care. Statistically this prison should have a suicide every 12 years. We are having up to 60 times that. Help me bring these guys down!
