I am looking for good conversations

Hi there, my name is Harley, but I go by Cody. I’m currently incarcerated in FCI Atlanta, and my release date is November 2027. Also, I’m a sex-offender so if they upset you or makes you uncomfortable then I’m sorry.

I’m on penpals.buzz mainly because I am looking for good conversations and a way to pass the time but I wouldn’t be opposed to someone who I can really get to know and form a connection with. I’m twice divorced so I’m very hesitant on anything serious, but I can’t say I’m completely against it.

My main focus is to finish serving my time so that I can get back home and try to be a good father to my daughter. Hobbies are very limited in here, but I am, in general, a pretty big nerd. Anime, DnD, music, and books take up most of my time. I like to run as well but the winter puts a big damper on that. I do enjoy hunting, some fishing, golf, going to the movies and other normal things too, just can’t enjoy it in here. I also love animals; I have two cats and a dog.

I’ve as of recent had a huge change of perspective on life which makes me all the more optimistic that I might be able to gain something great from this. Whether it be a fulfilling conversation or a connection that can last even when I’m released.

I have my own home, car, and life so don’t let this fool you, I plan to land on my feet when given the opportunity. I’m a welder and have been my entire adult life, it is definitely what I’ll continue doing when released.

I’m not really sure what else to put here so if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks for reading.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
