To whom it may concern,
My name is Adrian Gattis. I’m black and Puerto Rican. I’m 46 years old. I enjoy music, art, and writing songs. I enjoy a regular balanced exercise routine. People say I’m pretty down to earth. I also enjoy nature.
I am able to express my emotions when appropriate. I would like to meet someone who can hopefully help me see life in color again. I’m easy going and a good listener. I like to support and encourage others. I find time to relax and enjoy myself with a book or a good tv show or movie. I like to set and achieve reasonable goals. I’m a man of integrity & I shoulder my responsibilities. I believe in keeping my word. I make friends easy. I been a professional barber for over 25 years. If I have it, I’m willing to give and share with those around me. I don’t need much; all I need is one rose for my garden. This is my first time feeling lonely in my life. Everything has been black and white for me. I do believe in God, and I do read the bible and pray. I been alone for the last 5 years. I prat that God answers my prayers. I learn from my mistakes. I am a much better person today than the day I got locked up. I’ve spent time getting to know myself and I would love to share this new me with people. I do have a business plan and a blueprint for my life once I’m released. I would like to give back to my community and enjoy the rest of my life. Hopefully I will find love someday but I am content loving myself and the love I receive from God. I’m ready to allow myself to be vulnerable as I trust in God. A mutually empowering friendship would be awesome. Despite all I’ve been through I still have a passion for life. Thank you for your time.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
