Welcome to my profile, please call me Ashley, everybody else does. I’m a Cancer, I love to travel. My dream is to go to Bora Bora one day. I love football, baseball and I’m looking forward to living life again outside this place. I’m told I have a huge heart and people seem to find me funny and playful. I love to learn and give to others. Louisiana and its culture is at the heart of me, born and raised. I relocated to Houston Texas and was living there before this experience. An unexpected loss in my life changed my outlook on life and how I was living it, so I made changes. Upon my release I plan to relocate. I’m currently studying cosmetology at the Patrick O Daniel Unit. Upon release I plan to also continue education in an esthetician curriculum. I plan to provide services at assistant living homes to bring joy to the residents. Long term, I hope to own my own salon. I have previous work experience with US tax resolution and accounting. Family is important to me. Loyalty, honesty and an open mind is things I look for- I’m not my past. I’m open to communicating with men/women. I see parole every year in December. Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
