My name is Tyron. I am currently incarcerated at Raymond LaBorde Correctional Center located in Cottonport, LA. Haven’t been here all that long and not too long to go. I’ve been utilizing my time wisely while being locked up, as I am in a couple of classes to better myself and become a better man. I’ll soon be in a few Votech classes also. The goal is to obtain the certification needed to be gainfully employed upon my release. I’m looking to start a small business when I get out as well.
When I’m not working, I spend a lot of my time in here reading, writing, praying, shooting ball, working out and going to church. In my short time in prison, l’ve learned that life is super short so I’m looking to make the most of it going forward. This is my first time being in trouble of this magnitude so I’m working relentlessly on myself, doing the work to ensure that it is my last.
