Why Not Us?

It’s been said that if you truly have a friend (or several) in your life, under the definition of the word “friend” from Webster or God, then you’re blessed.

So why not us?

I invite you to co-exist with me in this pen pal experience, with the hope to, at the very least, establish a bond and friendship. I’m too old to play games! I enter this journey being honest, trustworthy, respectful, and loyal to all components of a friendship.

My hobbies include working out and playing chess, and I’m also interested in business ideas, social views, and justice.

I’m looking forward to having intelligent conversations with you on all topics of life in this world we’re living in. So if you can relate to what I’m saying, and are tired of being lonely, and are looking for a good listener, someone you can lean on, someone you can talk to and tell anything to without any judging, someone who you can share your thoughts and opinions with, someone who is not looking for financial assistance, then I’m your man! I’d love to write women of any race, foreign and domestic. I can guarantee you won’t regret accepting this invitation.

In addition to the mailing address listed in this profile, you can get onto the Securus app at www.securustech.net which is my email account. It’s faster and cheaper, it’s 24/7, and it takes only 5-10 minutes for me to receive your message and to respond. Click the link above and search for me by name in the state of Arizona. The facility is listed as AZ DOC Inmate Services. Note: We will not have access to any of your personal info, and you can delete your account at any time.

PS – If you write to me via postal mail, be sure to include your full name on the envelope. If you only use a first name or initials, the prison will send the letter back.

How Does This Work?
This is a great time to briefly introduce yourself and let the inmate know what interested you about their pen pal profile.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
