I realize that you don’t know me, but I hope by the end of this…., your heart is moved by the emotions that my words have sparked within you.
I’m reaching out in hope of making new friends. I like to keep life interesting and exciting. I’d rather live, laugh, love because life is too short. I do believe that a stranger is a friend that you haven’t met yet. So let me introduce myself, so we can stop being strangers.
My name is Roberto, but the inmates call me Bob Lightning, I am 5’10, brown eyes, I’m Spanish, Irish and Indian, single and I have a great sense of humor that can also bring up your spirits when you’re feeling down. I remember when I was a handsome young man, but father time has caught up with me as you can see from my photos. I’m now a handsome older man! L.O.L The thing that leaves me scratching my head is, I don’t know when I become this older guy, because I still feel young most days. But all that hasn’t stopped me from having a good time. Well, as good a time as I can have given my current situation.
In my previous life, I had my own business building custom cars, i.e., before I came to prison. It wasn’t really a job, but rather a passion. I love the outdoors and always have. My current hobbies and interests include letter writing, drawing, and working out. The world may think that just because I have some gray hair, I don’t have anything to offer; but that is where the world is wrong. I have nothing but time, which allows me to take the time to just get to know you, the real you and spend time treating you right, never disrespecting you or being dishonest with you. So, give me a shot.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
