Hello,
I am Nolan, but my family and friends call me “Frog” which I prefer. Ask me how I got my nickname, Frog. I will tell you. I am from Northern Arizona, and proud to be Native American from the Navajo Nation. I am 38 years old, single, and a father of 4 children. I do consider myself a family man and very down to Earth with a great personality. I am looking for a pen pal, someone to share my day with, encourage and to chit-chat with… to make the time go by. Maybe take it to another level if it comes to that.
Some things about me…. I have been walking the sober road, going on nine years. I love everything about being drug free, which keeps me focused. I strive everyday to be a better man. I am into Pow-wow dancing and singing Native tunes, beading Native style, riding horses, working out. I used to Grass Dance and Fancy Dance in the powwow circle. I enjoy staying healthy, providing life motivations and counseling youngsters by helping them make the right choices and encourage sports. I enjoy running, weight lifting, exercising, hiking and fishing.
I know, I’ve made mistakes in my life and paying that price of doing time. These days I’ve learned from my mistake, a man who’s grown up, knowing what life’s all about, smarter about choices, knows what I want, absolutely a man…Please, don’t judge me. Give me a chance to get to know me. I’ll answer any questions, I’m an open book and will be highly honest. I look forward to having good conversations, we’ll have many laughs and never disrespect. I’m all about respecting boundaries. English is great, no matter what ethnicity, I’m open to all, we’re all human beings. Hope to hear from you, soon.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
