Ever since then I have always proclaimed my innocence to death ears. Just recently I learned that police officer Timothy Minnick of the Plains Township police department was arrested for obstruction of justice, tampering with the record and theft. Same officer who applied with the search warrant. Same officer who wrote the affidavit of probable cause. Same officer whose job was to handle all the evidence in the evidence room. Same officer whose name is on the evidence information page, chain of custody. The evidence is tainted and there’s proof that police officer Timmy Minnick tainted the evidence.
