Pen Pal,
This is a bio of a man whose only intention is to create a friendship with someone who’s open-minded, down to earth, trustworthy, optimistic, and as caring as he is!
This personal ad was created with the hopes of connecting with someone who can see past my circumstances and bring a sense of normalcy to this crazy world.
Truthfully, I don’t have 350 words in which I am to convince you to reach out to me. What I do have is this brief moment to express that I have been incarcerated for some time now and unfortunately, I have been removed from the social settings that is a friendship/relationship.
Yes, I am looking forward to connecting with someone, but I hope that she be patient with me and at times show me how to “co-exist” with someone.
I am not about wasting time; I am as straightforward as they come. I don’t play games and I’m hoping to vibe with someone with the same mindset.
I am always going to be open and honest so please feel free to ask whatever is on your mind. I will respond to any and all correspondence. We can share thoughts, aspirations, dreams, and goals with one another. I just ask that we do so with purest of intentions and with the knowledge of each other’s time, attention, and feelings.
If these words sesonate with you then I am looking forward to learning from you. Please send a photo with your response. Thank you.
Have a great day and stay safe out there. I can’t wait to build a friendship.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
