Hey There…

If you’re on this website, I’m the one you’re looking for. So, look no further. Confidence is good, so don’t convince yourself that it isn’t.

Let me attempt to make you smile, or better yet, laugh. So give a fella a real chance, yeah. I heard this one from my little niece. She’s 10. So put yourself in that mindset. Ready? How do you catch a unique bunny??? Give up…? You neak up on it :)

She told me that joke a while back. I still can’t stop smilen and cracken up every time I hear her little voice tellen me the joke. Maybe you had to be there. But take it easier on her, she’s 10!

So, my name is Jacob Cecil. I’m forty-six years young. No children to brag on just yet. (Go to idoc.illinois.gov) is most likely why. Just ask and I’ll elaborate.

God’s changed my life. At first I hated all that time I got. But God! Over the last 3 years I’ve become thankful. Don’t know that I ever would of gotten serious with God if not for all this time I’ve done. It’s been a journey to say the least. God’s not done with me yet. Letting go of self and trusting God hasn’t been easy.

If you don’t want to correspond the old-fashioned way, you can contact me on the Corrlinks.Com App or website.

May God bless you and keep you.

Sincerely,
Jacob

How Does This Work?
This is a great time to briefly introduce yourself and let the inmate know what interested you about their pen pal profile.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
