In my new chapter I am invested into my future in every aspect.

Greetings,

When someone comes to prison, you’re very possibly at the lowest part of your life, and your faced with a decision, continue to think and move like a felon, or find an outlet to free your mind and use your time productively. For me it was crystal clear, I chose option #2. It’s unfortunate it took me losing my freedom to finally start to unlock my potential of becoming the best version of myself. My family and friends would say God sat me down for a while to get my mind right because my life was getting wild. During my time down, I learned I had to finally put me first before I could be a good friend and care about others. In my new chapter I am invested into my future in every aspect. I now have a degree as a certified Paralegal in Criminal Law. I also have a degree in Psychology and in a few months, I will have the first of 3 certifications as a Braille transcriber.
As you see by my achievements, I’m looking to give back and help and I look forward in getting to know a like-minded positive person to share this journey with.

How Does This Work?
This is a great time to briefly introduce yourself and let the inmate know what interested you about their pen pal profile.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
