My intentions are to build a meaningful friendship

Hello, my name is (Avron Holland Jr), I am 49 yrs old, Pennsylvania native. I’ve been incarcerated for over 22 long years. During my years of incarceration, I’ve had many people in my life come and disappear. Being imprisoned makes it difficult to keep the doors of communication open while trying to create, establish and nourish connections, which only adds to the feeling of loneliness to an already arduous journey. However, despite my current circumstances, I know that I still have a lot to offer which is why I choose to use this platform to make a connection with the intentions of building a meaningful friendship. Since being incarcerated, I’ve utilized my time very productively, to become the best version of myself, despite my current environment. My emotional, and psychological maturation process had enabled me to change my perspective on life and look at life through the lens of positivity, optimism and opportunity. I would like to share my personal growth with a meaningful person. I enjoy reading, working out, listening to R&B music, laughing and engaging in productive and informative conversations. If you are interested in learning more, I am looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
