Hello, my name is Allen. I’m from Los Angeles California. I’m locked up at the Smith unit in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. I’m doing time and looking for a friend, someone to talk to, someone that would like to share their day-to-day experiences with me. I don’t know, I really don’t do the pen pal thing, but I wanted to open myself up to things that lead to positive people becoming a part of my life. I’m just putting myself out there.
Hopefully you’re reading this, and you’ll understand that this is a man, tired of the fake people out there and truly hoping to find realness and true friendship. Also, I want to say thank you for taking your time to read this. I’m glad you looked at my profile…
Well, I’ll describe myself. I am a 37-year-old Cuban male with no kids, black hair, brown eyes, and light skinned. I also have tattoos, work out, and have a good shape. When I’m not doing that, I draw, read, listen to music and write poems. I keep to my routine, and I take classes to better myself and to give parole what they ask before I come before them. One thing about myself is I want to win so I push myself to get to where most say I’ll never be able to. It motivates me to push that limit well. My life hasn’t been ideal and there’s a lot more downs than ups.
One day I heard R-Dubb taking about PenPals.Buzz and it vibed with me so fast forward and here I am pushing this pen hoping to make a good first impression and open the lines of communication with any that have an open mind and that won’t judge me based off of my past mistakes. If you’re wanting to know more about me then hit me up. I don’t judge, I know we all come from different walks of life and I’m open to anyone that wants to exchange a friendly letter or message. I promise to listen and want to hear what you have to say. Sometimes in life, that’s all we need… someone that will be there. Well, I’m really hoping to hear from you soon.
Your friend,

Or e-message me with the Securus App
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
