Empathy by Richard Strong

Empathy is the ability to put yourself into another person’s “shoes”. When we are able to do that then we can understand why people have made some of the choices (Good or Bad) that they have made in life. Then we stop judging and criticizing and start listening and loving. Our eyes and hearts begin to open and we see that we have more in common then we have different. The hardest journey a person can take is inward but when we do, we obtain the greatest knowledge you can achieve, the knowledge of self. When you truly learn yourself then you can truly love yourself. When you can truly love yourself the right way then you can truly love someone else the right way. Life is a journey so hard that it is meant to be traveled by two. I am now prepared to love the right woman the right way.
