Corruption, this may sound as if I’m complaining. Well, maybe I am, tell me at the end. So, as you see I’ve been convicted of murder, yet I went to trial on self-defense. Prosecutors told a jury I was there on murder for hire but as of today, I’m still the only person ever charged with, and the only real witness said dude was gonna kill me with racial slurs. This state uses jail house information to help pad any case. In my case 5 with 5 different stories. This state should be looked at for many reasons, mainly how the prosecutors purse cases of people of color. No one is asked to be born mixed or of any race for the matter, we are all people at the end of the day. The appeals court seems no better to have people do 10-15 years just to overturn a case is non-sense. Our public needs to know and fight for injustice. I hope none of your loved ones end up in my situation. At the end of the da I was fearful of my life, and I defended myself and others, but the prosecutors say I’m not a cop as if only cops can protect themselves. Any feedback, please.
