Hi I'm Zach! I'm excited to try out this pen pal site. I have been in prison for quite some time. I have been in solitary confinement for 5 years. I have had to be very creative to keep my head on straight. It has been very lonely in here. I keep busy by reading books, exercising and completing educational courses. I also have my personal trainer's certification. I meditate daily to help all the chaos in the prison. I believe in physical and mental health. I would love to learn something about you. When you message me, use JPAY to find me. If you try to find me on SECURUS it's different to find me. Please use JPAY to add me. Look forward to hearing from you
Zach
