Hello my name is Zach. I’m looking to meet some genuine people who enjoy good conversations & getting to know someone beyond the surface.
I’ve been incarcerated in Oregon since December 2014 and expect to be released in December of 2029. I’m upfront about my situation but prison is only one chapter of my life, it isn’t the whole story of who I am. I’d like to connect with people who are open minded, positive, honest and enjoy exchanging thoughts, stories, laughs and experiences. Life can get pretty repetitive in here so having someone on the outside to share real conversations with means a lot. I believe some of the best friendships can begin in unexpected ways and sometimes all it takes is one person deciding to say hello.
If something about my profile caught your attention write me. Tell me a little about yourself, what makes you laugh, what your passionate about or even just how your day went. I’m an open book so feel free to ask me anything. I look forward to hearing from you.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
