Hi my name is Slater, I am looking to build a genuine friendship with someone kind, honest, and open hearted- A connection that with time could grow into something deeper. I have been incarcerated since 2015 after a drug deal went badly wrong and changed the course of my life. I take full responsibility for my past, but I am not the same man I was then. Over the years, I have worked hard to change from the inside out. Today, I am completely sober, grounded in my Christian faith and committed to living with purpose, honesty and compassion.
One of the most meaningful parts of my life now is helping others. I have worked with hospice patience and individuals facing mental illness and that has given me a deeper sense of empathy, patience and service. It has shown me that even in broken places, there is still room for hope, healing and human connection. When I am released, I want to continue dedicating my life to helping people and making a positive difference wherever I can. I have 10 years left on my sentence and while that is a long road, I believe meaningful things can still begin with honesty and friendship. I’m a very affectionate and loyal man, and when the right woman comes into my life, I want to love her deeply, support her fully and build something real together- step by step, with trust at the center.
