Hello my name is Roy Billingsley, and I'm incarcerated at the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility in Ordway Colorado. I came to Colorado from Atlanta Georgia and have been locked up since 2016. As of now I have my case in the appeals process. A little bit about myself, I'm 5'9, 280 lbs., honest, God fearing and all-around good guy who made a bad decision in life... however, I am still blessed. When I was free, I was an over the road truck driver, did it for 35 years and loved it. I love moving around seeing new scenery.
