Life is funny. Karma. You reap what you sow. You made your bed now lie in it. These concepts seem right, fair even. Nice ideas to help guide you. After decades of leading by example and striving to raise those around me up, I’m still quietly doing it. After tutoring all sorts and picking the perceived worst to be on my team to challenge myself while giving them a kind hand up at the same time…After standing up to the drill instructors, whom everyone feared, on behalf of the recruit, who had tried to take me out mere hours earlier, because he was in need and clearly afraid…After training dozens of college grads, that got paid way more than me, how to do their jobs successfully. After saving the neighborhood’s kids from being kidnapped, After assisting in about 15,000 surgeries…After risking getting fired to save a pregnant woman in distress (and also a falconer’s falcon)…After saving a prize winning race horse who had fallen into a frozen pond…After saving a dog someone tried to saw in half (literally)…After saving so so many injured and sick animals, including several orphaned rhinos, a few lions, an albino servet monkey, rejected by his troop, and strangely a bunch of owls…I’m still staying positive.
And after living out dreams like winning a state championship in basketball, becoming a professional wrestler, and being a groundbreaking animal trainer and behaviorist….the best thing I ever did landed me in prison. No, my charges are not good. They are in fact horrible and warrant the death penalty, but they also don’t align with reality.
Believe me, hate me, want me, plot against me…It’s all welcome. Just write me.
No, but seriously…I’m ambitious, but don’t chase money. I’m strong but not a misogynist. I’m quiet, but not shy. I’ve managed a toy store, been a marine, was hired to “stand there and look pretty”, became a paint expert for Sherwin Williams, worked as a zoo keeper, an animal welfare officer, animal trainer, and veterinary surgery assistant, coached laCrosse, done alot of public speaking, and played oodles of World of Warcraft.
I’m looking for friendship, romance, a challenge, or just some witty banter.
Oh, and I recently completed my first novel and took up poetry.
To hell with tradition.
My favorite movies are the LOTR trilogy, the Lisbeth trilogy (“The Girl Who Kicked A Hornet’s Nest” etc) and Die Hard. My favorite shows are “House” and “Yellow Jackets”. My favorite book is ” The Hobbit” and another I really like is “The Accidental” by Ali Smith. My favorite artists are Alanis Morrisette, Amanda Palmer, AshNikko, Lily Allen, Kittie, Otep, Fiona Apple, Tsunami Bomb, Northern State, Britney, Madonna, Halsey, Lacuna Coil, Kim Petras, Nightwish, Porcelain and the Tramps, Fletcher, and Meg Myers. My theme was “Augen Auf!” by Oomph!.
I liked “Felicity” pre and post haircut. The end of “Lost” was a cop out. The end of “Britannia” was a complete betrayal. Yet the end of “Game of Thrones” was what it needed to be and I liked it. I’ve seen every episode of “Sex and the City” and “Gilmore Girls” at least three times and I wanted to. I may love animals with every cell in my body, but I honestly do not like “The Lion King”. ” Prometheus” is my favorite “Alien” movie. “Let The Right One In” is the best vampire movie ever, hands down. Anya Taylor Joy is my fave actress. Some others that I really like are Jena Malone, Kristen Stewart, Summer Glau, Margaret Qualley,
Hunter Schafer, and Chloe Grace Moretz. Some of my favorite characters are “The Bride” from “Kill Bill”, Jynx from ” Arcane”, Utred the Godless from “The Last Kingdom”, Anne from ” Black Sails”, Aria from GOT, Drusilla from “Buffy”, Bo and Kenzie from ” Lost Girl”, Gregory House, and Jodie Comer’s rendition of a psychopath in “Killing Eve”.
My favorite animals are okapi, yet if I could be any animal I’d choose a squirrel. I happily spend twenty plus hours a day rearing animals for a year or just as happily spend that time playing World of Warcraft (classic obvs…) , but both would still leave me wanting without someone to love.
I’ve never been outworked. I min\max nearly everything, nearly constantly. I like to listen and I’m good at it. I’ m considerate, compassionate, and confident. I love words. I’m always learning. I like football like a mathematician likes math and I watch it like it’s homework. I try. I care. I’d find a way to help you if you let me. I miss choosing what to eat and when. I crave physical contact and intimate conversation. If even half the eligible voters truly understood freedom, the world would be a drastically better place for everyone.
Let’s plan a karaoke night for November 2039 or co-write a book now. Write me please. I need someone. Maybe it is you?
Write me eh.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
