Hello ladies, who would have thought beside me on how difficult it could be explaining yourself on paper than it would be in person. I have balled up so much paper trying to get this right that I’m starting to believe this was more of a 9-5 job than a social media site and my shift is about to end, crazy. Anyways my name is Marcus, and I have been incarcerated since April of 2019. It has been one long, lonely and stressful struggle/journey for me but I have managed to keep my head above it all. While doing this time I have applied myself productively, challenged myself mentally and opened myself up spiritually to become a better me and believe me change is good. My reason for not reaching out is to hopefully find a good friend that I can bond and build with, laugh with, be happy with and form some type of emotional connection with. Someone who brings positive energy around, someone who I can come to for advice.
Someone who I can come to if I am lost to be found and someone who is not judgmental. In return you will see and understand that I am a good listener, a provider, a caring and loving person, God fearing, a dreamer and someone who loves talking their ass off lol… excuse the language. However, I do have goals and one of them goals, short term, is becoming a barbershop owner because my passion is cutting hair. Cooking is my second. I do love sports, football preferably. I love listening to music, R&N mostly. I’m family orientated and love the outdoors to an extent. I’m not looking for love as of right now but that don’t mean that if it presents itself during this bonding that I will not take a leap of faith and go for it. As long as it is real and that the other person believes in commitment than I’m willing to go for it. Well, I think my time is up and hopefully it doesn’t have to end here. So, until next time. Hit me up on my email at www.corrlinks.com or through the website. Make sure to leave a phone number or an address some way for me to reach back out to you. Sincerely Marcus.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
