You may call me Ken

Hello World, I am well-educated (hold two advanced degrees), gay, financially sustained, and open minded. I’m 6’4″, 220 lbs., dark brown hair, and blue eyes. I recently found someone whom I believe is my life partner, however, I am on the lookout for people I am able to call a friend, preferably people who identify somewhere on the LGBTQ continuum. I am an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion.

About me: I am captivated by psychology and law and focus on how they intersect. I am multilingual, other than English, I read, write, and speak three other languages. I am a sports guy, I also like the arts (i.e. plays, musicals). I also enjoy culinary experiments.

Some of my assets: being a listener, compassionate, and caring, will advocate for just about anything or anyone with evidence.

What I seek: I seek caring, compassionate people, who are looking to have a true friend, I have a lot of “therapist” qualities. I live by a motto: change your thinking, change your life.

What interests me most: I seek men who share similar interests. Should you desire to have contact directly, you may leave a 15 second voice message at 507-484-9930 ext. 81473

How Does This Work?
This is a great time to briefly introduce yourself and let the inmate know what interested you about their pen pal profile.

Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.

When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.

Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
