If you're looking for a hard body, a muscle guy with the perfect 6-pack...I'm not it.

Hi there! My name is Justin, and I'm 43. Even though I do consider myself a manly man (I love cars, motorcycles, diesel trucks, and anything with a motor!) I have a dad bod, a huge heart, I love animals, and enjoy some of the finer things in life when I'm able to. I'm in prison for a drug charge, and expected to be released in 2028.

Before we get too far, let me tell you about Pancakes. He's a 5-year-old Blue Nose Pitbull, and he's my best friend. But my cellmates tell me I need a human friend - perhaps a woman I can share stories with via letters, email, and maybe even phone calls.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, then moved to North Dakota in the 2010s to work in the oil fields. I'm a fun guy, with a great sense of humor, who loves to ride motorcycles. Unfortunately, I had a bad wreck a few years ago, but nothing will stop me from getting back out there.

Prison is such a lonely place. You're never alone, but always so lonely. Imagine 1200 people around all day, but nobody to talk to. I exercise when I can, try to get outside and in the sun and fresh air as much as possible, but it's tough.

I work as a furniture assembler, building office furniture -- all kinds of fancy wood desks for federal offices. It helps me get out of my cell and feel human. Obviously, at 49 cents an hour, I won't get rich, but at least it pays for the small things in life, like a good cup of coffee and some better quality toothpaste than the free stuff they provide!

You get bonus points if you like homemade biscuits and gravy! And if you enjoy binging TV shows, some of my favorites are Yellowstone, Vikings, Sons of Anarchy, and Game of Thrones. Nothing beats a good show, a good meal, and some cuddle time. And yes, Pancakes loves to cuddle...but it's just not quite the same!
