Hello, my name is David. I’m a 42-year-old single man from Florida, currently serving time at Walton County Correctional Institution. I have about nine years remaining, and although my circumstances are different from most people’s, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen for who they truly are—not simply defined by their past.

I’m 6’1”, a Libra, and a proud father to an 11-year-old son. Being a dad is one of the most important parts of my life. My son reminds me every day that the choices we make matter and that there is always room to grow, learn, and become a better person.

At this point in my life, I’m interested in meeting women between the ages of 35 and 47 who are open-minded, kind, honest, and interested in getting to know someone on a deeper level. I’m not looking for someone to feel sorry for me or to rescue me. I’m looking for a genuine friendship that could potentially develop into something more if we naturally connect.

I enjoy good conversation and getting to know what makes another person tick. I believe communication, honesty, loyalty, respect, and a good sense of humor are important in any relationship. I appreciate someone who can laugh, talk about life, share her thoughts, and be comfortable being herself.

Being incarcerated has given me plenty of time to reflect on my life, my decisions, and the kind of future I want to build. I’m focused on personal growth and making better choices moving forward. I know nine years is a significant amount of time, so I’m not going to make unrealistic promises about the future. Instead, I’d rather start with a conversation and let trust develop naturally.
