Hi there! My name is David. I am an outgoing 52-year-old and writer at heart who is hoping to find a woman with a warm heart whom I can connect with and establish a long lasting friendship…
I don’t know about you, but then again you just might agree with me here – sometimes it can be downright hard to break the ice when trying to meet someone. For me, it’s even harder to do due to the fact that I am currently in prison and serving a lengthy sentence. Then again it has been my experience that often times people tend to think the worst things when they hear about someone who is incarcerated for both aggravated malicious wounding and second-degree murder. However, what most people don’t realize is that both charges arose from single incident involving the same person in which I was defending myself (while in my home), and that I am still fighting to correct that injustice. Never mind that I am the kind of person who is caring, compassionate, easygoing, honest, humorous, loyal to a fault, as well as sincere.
When it comes to the kind of woman that I’m hoping to meet and build a friendship with, she is someone who is engaging that enjoys the concept of corresponding back and forth, and of course doesn’t mind giving me the opportunity to get to know her. She also is someone who is understanding and further is willing to look over my past mistakes and failures, and wants to get to know me for the person that I am today. What she will discover is someone who will genuinely cherish her as well as her friendship.
Now that I have chipped away at the ice some, I suppose it really is up to you to bridge the gap between our worlds and establish a line of communication so that we can begin building a great friendship. If this sounds like something that you would be interested in, then please do not hesitate to send me a message through www.jpay.com by submitting Virginia ID #1130793. Or, if you prefer, reach out to me via snail mail. Either way, I would love to hear from you!
Thank you kindly for your consideration, If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Sincerely, David
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
