Hi! My name is Charles; the guys here call me Chuck or by my middle name Phil. My family has called me by my middle name most of my life. I’m named after both of my grandfathers. I enjoy listening to music, certain songs bring back memories. I am a god lover; my favorite breed is the Beagle. Are you a dog person? Cat person? Growing up I was raised around horses and went on horseback rides and camping with my dad and grandpa, something I loved and have good memories of. I enjoy soda, my favorite is coke., do you have a favorite drink? I love Italian and Indian food. I am a divorced father of 3 amazing kids. My daughters are 22 and 21, my son is 10. I remain good friends with their mother and talk with my kids daily.
I love to travel; my favorite place is Hawaii. I was a SR systems engineer for a living with a focus on cyber security. I attended Denver University with a master’s in information technology. I prefer to stay productive while incarcerated. I have enrolled in the Blackstone para legal correspondence program. I am enrolled in other honor programs as well. I enjoy watching sports, mostly the Utah jazz. I enjoy intelligent and fun conversations be it life events or world events. I believe in Karma, positive energy, and helping others because good deeds go a long way. I am open to building new relationships (male or female). I also hope to one day experience what it feels like to be in love again, however there is no rush. I would love to hear about you and the things you are passionate about.
I believe in being open-minded, honest and transparent. I will always respect your boundaries. I am excited to hear from you! Please note that when you write me, my institution only allows single sided and 5 pages per letter. However, please don’t let that discourage you from writing.
Please note: This service gives you the opportunity to send your first message to a new pen pal, free of charge. If you send more than one message to the same inmate, or a message to someone you already know, they will not be forwarded.
When you send a message using this form, our staff will print and mail it via US Mail or forward it via the prison’s email system, every two weeks. Be patient, and don’t expect an immediate reply. Inmates can’t email you back directly, so include your full name, email address, and complete mailing address or phone number for a reply. Messages without valid contact info won’t be forwarded, nor will messages with threatening or abusive language.
Want to message directly and more quickly? Check the inmate’s profile to see which email service he or she uses (i.e. GettingOut, JPay, Securus). These services cost between 5 to 50 cents per message and offer you the ability to message them directly and instantly.
