People say I don't look my age; I am 71 years old. Served in the military (Army), a Vietnam Era Veteran, with an honorable discharge. Like yourself I am seeking an age-appropriate companion who is interested in building a long-term relationship. My hobbies are crocheting, beading and more recently attempting to learn how to play the keyboard. I'm currently working on a beading project; a lions' head I'm going to use as a clock face. About my personal appearance: I'm 5'11", Caucasian, hazel eyes, balding, short grey hair, mustache and beard. I'm a non-smoker. I mostly listen to country music or soft rock. I'm also a Republican.

What am I looking for? An individual interested in building a long-lasting friendship. I don't ever want us to stop being friends regardless of where the relationship takes us.
