What's good world? My name is Edwin, but all of my friends and family call me Ed. I want to take the time to appreciate anyone for landing on my page, hopefully it leads to a friendship. It's been a long journey back to freedom but I'm proud to say I'm almost at the end. I learned a lot along the path and can honestly say that I feel really good about my growth and the man I am today. I'm currently pursuing my associated in general studies and already earned my certification in trades like roofing, construction and small business management. I recently gained employment through a program that allows me to work outside the facility in a town close by. I also do volunteer work where I mentor at risk juveniles weekly through video conference. I like writing and listening to both music and poetry... and even though this exposes my inner nerd but.... I like watching anime. I'm single, no kids and I'm real close with my family. I was born in New York but grew up in Chicago. My family is originally from Belize. My personality is pretty much chill and laid back. I'm easy to talk to and feel like my mind is open and very understanding. I'm looking for someone who I can vibe with. I'm all about good energy and feel like it's the most I can ask for.
